KLEENHQ is a UK-registered business specialising in premium sportswear. All transactions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
2. Eligibility to Purchase
To place an order you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By completing a purchase you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.
3. Orders and Contract
When you place an order you will receive an acknowledgement by email. This does not constitute acceptance of the order. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm that the goods have been dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at checkout using the secure methods provided. We strive for accuracy in pricing but errors may occur. If a pricing error is discovered after an order has been placed we will notify you to reconfirm or cancel the order.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped using trusted courier partners. Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided.
6. Returns and Refunds
You may return items within thirty days of delivery provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Items marked as final sale and gift cards cannot be returned. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five to seven business days after inspection. 7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, designs, and logos is the property of KLEENHQ and protected by copyright and trademark laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit, goodwill, or opportunity.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
