Order
You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your item(s). Please refer to the Refund Policy page for more info.
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes. This is because orders are processed and sent very quickly. This means we cannot:
- Add or remove items from your order
- Change the item, size, or colour
- Update the delivery address
- Switch the shipping method or courier
- Apply a discount code or adjust product prices

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please refer to the Refund Policy page for more info.
If you've sent back your return but you're still waiting on your refund, we know it sucks, but this can be due to a few different reasons.
Depending on the country you're from and the returns courier you choose when returning your item(s), delivery times back to our warehouse can vary from a few days to approximately 30 days.
Standard UK Shipping (4-5 Working Days)
Express UK Shipping (2-3 Working Days)
In the unlikely event you've receive a wrong item or the wrong order, or your order is damaged in any way, please contact us with the following information and we'll get it sorted;
- Your order number
- The name of the item you didn't receive
- A photo and the name of the item you have received (if the wrong item)
All claims for orders received incorrectly due to receiving the wrong item must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
