Returns & Exchanges

We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your KLEEN purchase. If not, you have 14 days from delivery of your order to return it.

Step 1: Check Eligibility
✔ Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
✔ Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
✔ Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned

Step 2: Request a Return
Email us at returns@kleenhq.com with:
– Your order number
– The item(s) you want to return
– The reason for return

We’ll reply within 2 business days with a return authorization and instructions.

Step 3: Pack Your Items
Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible). Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your name and order number.

Step 4: Ship It Back
Use the provided return label (if we supply one) or ship to the address we provide. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Step 5: Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method (within 5–7 business days) or send your exchange, depending on your request.
